#10: The Mission
#11: Samurai Combat
#12: Stealth
02-06-2005
For some reason, I think "The Mission" was inspired by my brief use of an illegally obtained copy of The Legacy of Goku which was promptly deleted when Goku had to level up by killing Squirrels and avoiding the Big Bad Wolves. To whoever created the substances the creators of that game were using, I loves you.
I just KNOW you're jealous of my SLICE-panel drawing skills. As I reread "Samurai Combat", I'm starting to appreciate the Old Man more. Not many characters can ignore their right arm getting cut off. Props to you, Old Man!
I remember it took a while to draw all those freaky bats in "Stealth". Jhonen Vasquez did a somewhat similar comic in which cute little Squee watched in horror as his friend was dragged away by a dog and ripped to shreds. Once again the Old Man shows his awesomeness. Maybe I'll draw a comic or two with him in it later.
Tomorrow: Skippy conludes his Samurai training and meets a new main character who is my favourite character in Freedom Fries! You absolutely positively can't miss this one, sho' 'nuff! Brace yourself for "The Final Lesson", "The Infamous Orangenius", and "The Ripening"!!!
